How do I place my order?

Orders can only be placed via our website. Our Customer Services team is here to help and offer advice but cannot take orders.

Can I order by telephone or fax?

"No, we can only accept orders via our website; this offers protection both to you and to us when making payments with credit and debit cards."

Is the image on the website the product I will receive?

We strive to provide accurate pictures of all products but are limited by the images provided to us by the manufacturer. Please use the images for illustration purposes only and if in doubt please contact a member of our customer services team who will be willing to help

What happens if I order a product that has been discontinued?

"You will be informed that the product you have ordered is unavailable and wherever possible we will offer you a superseded, substitute or alternative product."

When will my order be delivered?

We delivery Monday to Friday only and we endeavour to deliver your goods on a next working day basis. For example if you order on a Monday your delivery should arrive on a Tuesday etc.

What delivery charge will I pay?

Orders that are under £35 (excluding VAT) will incur a £3.50 delivery charge. If you order above £35 the delivery is FREE

Do you require a signature for delivery?
|

"Yes, we will not under any circumstances leave deliveries without a signature (i.e. in the garage etc). If you are not in during the day you can arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work or another alternative address"

Where do you deliver to?

"We deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland, this means that we can deliver to your place of work etc if you require. Please note that we can only deliver to the first point of your company, this is normally the reception area"

How do I return a product?

To return any unwanted item(s) you must e-mail us with full details of the item(s) you wish to return and the collection address. An e-mailed confirmation will then be sent back to you detailing when the goods will be collected
