Hetheringtons operate a Corporate Division, which specialises in creating a bespoke procurement system tailored to your company's individual needs.
Our years of experience coupled with cutting edge technology, positions us in the forefront of national stationery companies.
Our Corporate Team have identified 7 key stages to the decision maing process, these are:
Key Stage 1 - Initial Contact
An Account Manger (AM) is assigned to your company. They will initiate an informal discussion to ascertain your individual needs.
Key Stage 2 - Purchasing Analysis
From the first meeting a more formal meeting will be arranged. This meeting allows the AM to discuss in greater detail your current working practises through a question & answer sesssion.
Key Stage 3 - Quotation
A quotation will be produced based on your top useage products. These products are guaranteed to remain fixed throughout the life of the agreement.
Key Stage 4 - Proposal
Based on information gleamed from previous discussions your AM will present a formal presentation outlining our recomendations to improve efficiency and reduce your costs throughout the stationery procurement cycle.
Key Stage 5 - Integration Seminars
Introducing any new supplier to an organisation may create problems especially if the end users have not been involved in the decision making process. Hetheringtons help reduce this impact by offering clients implementation seminars. These seminars bring together all of Hetherington's department heads in to one room to meet your end users. This is a wonderful forum in which to discuss any questions or concerns they may have. These seminars can be rolled out throughout the Uk and over severak days.
Key Stage 6 - Implementation
An implementation date will be set to commence the supply of stationery to your organisation. Throughout the first day your AM will be onsite to ensure the smooth transition over to hetheringtons
Key Stage 7 - After Care
Commencing the supply of business products to your company is only the beginning of our working partnership. Your AM is tasked to continually monitor your account's preformance ensuring we exceed your service level expectations. We also recommend a monthly meeting between our 2 businesses allowing you an opportunity to discuss anu issues you may wish to raise. |
